music submissions for TWO separate seminars!

NEW HYMNS FOR WORSHIP SEMINAR

Are you a hymn writer, songwriter, or arranger of worship music?

 

We invite you to submit your original compositions and arrangements for consideration for our New Hymns for Worship Seminar.

 

We are looking for music that can serve the worship life of the church, including:

• New hymns
• Worship and congregational songs
• Choir music
• Arrangements of worship songs and hymns

Accepted writers and arrangers will have the opportunity to share their music during the HWPC Conference.

CHILDREN’S MUSIC SEMINAR — NEW FOR 2027!

Do you write or arrange music for children’s choirs and children’s ministries?

​

For the first time, the HWPC Conference will feature a separate Children’s Music Seminar designed specifically to introduce music that can be used with children in the local church.

 

We know that choir directors and music leaders need greater access to quality music for children. We also know that there are songwriters and arrangers creating this music who need opportunities to share their work.

We want to bring the two together!

 

We are accepting original compositions and arrangements appropriate for:

• Children’s choirs
• Children’s worship
• Church children’s ministries
• Songs that help teach children our faith through music

YOUR MUSIC AT THE HWPC CONFERENCE 2027

If your submission is accepted, there is no additional fee to participate

with your paid conference registration.

​

All accepted songs will be featured in the exclusive 2027 HWPC Conference Songbook.

​

Selected songs could be included in HWPC Conference's Live Recording on Saturday, March 21, 2027.
